Women and the Charter of Human Responsibilities

by Carlos RIVERA
Associated Central Topics: Women and responsibility .

As part of the series REFLECTIONS dedicated to rethink, to know and to recreate the culture of the new relationships and to generate new agreements to enlarge human dignity, AYUN Edition offers the reflection of two Chilean professionals who illustrate the features of a new moral education and of a more spiritual relationship with the nature.
The title of this publication finds justification in the authors of the two texts that compose it. The first one, written by a teacher for children, María Elba Campos, analyzes and describes the conditions and processes of development and of creation of a moral opinion for children according to Piaget and Kohlberg and how the notions of responsibility, law and justice can take root and the author concludes with reflections on the educator’s orientating paper in the creation of a conscience open to cooperation, solidarity, respect, mutual obligation and democratic participation. The second text, from Yénive Cavieres Sepúlveda, lawyer and teacher, tries to clarify and orientate an analysis on the nature of responsibilities from the notions of right with general questions and approaches mostly dealing with the environment protection and the respect to the indigenous communities collective rights.
