As reflected in the description of our activities, we followed our original working plan with the intellectuals as a key social group. The first step has produced a fine translation of the Charter. We indeed felt that the translation of the text was very important. All the further work has been based upon a fine version of the Charter itself.

Meetings and seminars are the best and most essential methods to send out messages and collect answers. Seminars are also very helpfulto involve people, develope new ideas, and prepare the publications. And they are opportunities to distribute material on the Charter, without having necesarily to create especially a Charter event.

Now the basic work has been done in 2004, we will now able to shift further to publication productions. We consider that these approaches are practical and we will continue with them.
