The Charter had already been presented to:
 representatives of the NGO Information and Society,
 Professors at the Vocational University,
 the editorial team of the Scientific Journal,
 the group of ecologists “New Green Movement,”
 the NGOs Begurebis, Atinatis, and Tsisartkelas,
 schools in Tbilissi and in other regions.

As a follow-up to these first actions an invitation to take part in the seminar on October 4, 2009 in Saguramo was sent to scientists, university teachers, administrative officers, NGO members, students, young pupils from different communities, the media, a number of parliamentarians, Educational Resource Centers, and schools and orphanages in Tbilissis and the neighboring regions.

Talks dealt with the Charter of Human Responsibilities, Agenda 21, the responsibility of scientific researchers, sustainable development, the information war, ecological food, waste, pesticides, ore processing, farmer training, educational initiatives, educational gardens, etc.

Concrete proposals were made: battery recycling, landscaping the fields around schools, building an ecological greenhouse, exchanges between the capital city and the regions, organization of ecological / cultural / folklore workshops, safeguarding multi-ethnic values and traditions, teaching ecology, etc.

A follow-up to this seminar is planned not only at the regional level, but also with foreigners residing in Georgia who have taken part in seminars (in Saguramo, in Ananuri in 2008, and in Tbilissi in March 2009), and by developing exchanges with schools in Armenia and in Azerbaijan.

Presentation of the Charter led to considerations and a common search for answers to the questions: How can this multicultural and multi-ethnic country change to be able to face the threat of multiple destructions? How can we agree on common values and on the responsibility of human beings? What is the remedy to today’s irresponsibility? According to the values of Georgian tradition, we should act today: in this area, promotion of the ideas in the Charter has no equivalent in this country.
