This video presents the overview of a young man’s life, a student who hates Mondays, the day when university starts again after festive weekends with the friends. Monday February 14th, the former Lebanese Prime minister Rafiq Hariri is murdered in Beirut. The Lebanese rebel after his murder against the Syrian regime that controls Lebanon with tens of thousands of Syrian soldiers on the Lebanese soil, and with a government formed of pro-Syrian personalities. During weeks, hundreds of thousands of people met every Monday on the Martyrs Square in Beirut, claiming the withdrawal of the Syrian troops and the independence of the country.
The Lebanese young man, a student who hates Mondays, has changed Monday after Monday after the murder of Hariri, into a citizen responsible for the future of his country… This movie was directed by the film-maker Talal Khoury, a member of foundation for culture "Samir Kassir".
