The Chilean society doesn’t see the blinds

A young blind woman adheres to the Charter and translates it into Braille

Tania, a young blind woman, has translated the Charter into Braille in May 2006 for pour the blind community. She was impressed by its contents. In the interview available in the Spanish version of this document, she explains how the handicapped people endure the discriminatory mentality of the Chilean society and how a massive diffusion of the Charter could contribute to change these negative aspects.
