Anugraha John, representing Global Citizens for Sustainable Development and World Youth Water Alliance in partnership with Nina Gregg (Charter of Human Responsibilities- USA), has planned a series of events to engage US youth in peer dialogue on the notion of "Youth Responsibilities in the United States." Activities ranging from presentations, film screenings, discussions, and group activities are scheduled at various educational institutes, universities, and colleges between 15 th January and 28th February 2008.

On 16th and 17th January 2008, Anugraha John facilitated sessions with about 45 high school students at Crissy Field Center at the Golden Gates National Parks Conservancy in San Francisco, California. This event was possible with the support of Christy Rocca, Ernesto Pepito, Aekta Shah and Charity Maybury of the Crissy Field Center. The youth are participants in Project WISE - Watersheds Inspiring Student Education, a hands-on environmental science program for inner city youth of color. They enjoyed the "Responsibilities Group Activity" developed by Rachel Trajber and Nina Gregg.

More such programs will follow at Bard College in Massachusetts, The College of New Jersey, and Ramapo College in New Jersey and others schools in the month of February 2008.
