A Carta: sua história e o seu presente

Como tudo começou Após seis anos de debates em vários níveis no âmbito da rede internacional Aliança para um Mundo Responsável, Plural e Solidário, a Carta das Responsabilidades Humanas foi lançada em 2001, na Assembléia Mundial dos Cidadãos, organizada pela Fundação Charles Léopold Mayer.
