Actividades inter-regionales
La cuarta Conferencia internacional sobre la educación ambiental organizada por la UNESCO, el PNUMA y otros copartícipes en colaboración con el Centro para la educación ambiental, Ahmedabad, India, se celebró en Ahmedabad entre el 24 y el 28 de noviembre de 2007. Hubo alrededor de 30 sesiones de grupo de trabajo cuyos temas variaban de “espacios informales de aprendizaje”, “educación hacia las sustentabilidad”, “recursos naturales en ecosistemas frágiles” hasta “juventud: prescriptores de educación para el desarrollo sustentable (EDS)”. Más de 100 representantes de la juventud de 25 países, entre los cuales India, Ruanda, Costa Rica, Canadá, Australia y Francia, se habían reunido para compartir sus experiencias y proponer su plan de acción para la Década de la Educación para el Desarrollo (...) |
