A standard questionnaire for a debate on responsibilities

This questionnaire, created by the European team, plays a triple role :

1. to gather ideas and social representations on the notion of responsibility, in the context of a given country at a specific time;

2. to raise awareness of the responsibility of every one of us and of policy options;

3. to disseminate the Charter and record opinions and comments on its content and purpose.
